The Steel Ball Valve Lockout device is made of steel and powder coated for enhanced durability. It is compact in size, easy to use, and accommodates 6 padlock holes. Its unique design makes it ideal to secure the ball valve handle in the off position. This lockout device fits off and quarter-turn valve handles to prevent accidental opening. Two rows of lockout points are provided for a secure fit.
